Joanne De Medeiros, CPA, CA
I’m on a mission to help 1,000 business owners and nonprofit leaders make strategic decisions with confidence by 2035. How? By bringing clarity to complexity—helping entrepreneurs, scaling businesses, and not-for-profits navigate financial strategy, align long-term goals, and connect the dots across their operations.
With more than 20 years of experience—including 16 years at one of Canada's largest accounting and consulting firms—I bring deep expertise in strategic decision-making, finance, business positioning, and go-to-market execution. I've worked extensively with board directors, private equity firms, and C-suite executives, supporting governance, high-stakes decisions, and long-term business success.
My passion lies in empowering leaders, families and organizations to make confident, informed decisions.
Beyond work, I’m a proud mother to a young son and passionate about supporting community engagement. I believe in the power of connection and collaboration—both professionally and personally—to create meaningful impact.
